Continents are broken up and pushed back together again over millions of years by the process of plate tectonics. These maps show reconstructions of the Earth’s continents during the Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous periods of geological time. They help to show why the rocks at Horn Park formed in a tropical sea.
